Rules and Regulations for Members

1. General Provisions
The purpose of these Articles is to regulate the organization and management of the World Doctor & Professor Certification
Association (WDPCA) to uphold its reputation and rights.

2. Organization Form
WDPCAisalegally registered organization with the Malaysian Ministry of Internal Affairs. It collaborates with universities worldwide
to enhance, supervise, and manage the academic community’s reputation to prevent its misuse.

3.Membership Eligibility
Applicants must be Malaysian citizens to apply for WDPCA membership.
Applicants must hold a formal doctoral or professorial degree and provide corresponding diplomas and accreditation documents.

4. Member Rights
Members have the right to enjoy various services provided by WDPCA, including academic exchanges, certification qualifications,
and participation in seminars.
Membershave the right to participate in WDPCA’s decision-making and management processes, including electing members of the
Management Committee.

5. Membership Fees Management
Annual members must pay an annual fee of RM1000, while lifetime members must pay a one-time fee of RM8000.
Membership fees support WDPCA’s daily operations and event organization.

6. Management Structure
WDPCA has a Management Committee responsible for organizing and managing all affairs, elected by the General Assembly.
Management Committee members serve a two-year term and can be reelected once their term expires.

7. Discipline and Punishment
The Management Committee has the authority to take disciplinary actions against members who violate WDPCA regulations,
including warnings, suspension of membership, or expulsion.

8. Cooperation with Government Departments
WDPCA actively cooperates with government departments’ oversight and supervision to ensure the academic community operates
in compliance and prevents misuse of its reputation.

9. AmendmentofArticles
Any amendments to these Articles must be approved by the General Assembly and filed with the Malaysian Ministry of Home Affairs
